As in-house marketer at digital product cosultancy Elsewhen, I led the initiative to publicise our collaboration with Spotify Design — a project focused on improving team productivity and workflow efficiency for their global design organisation.

the challenge was to co-create a public-facing narrative that would be both a valuable, community-focused educational piece for Spotify and demonstrate Elsewhen’s strategic design capability.

Working closely with Spotify’s designops team and the design team at elsewhen, I helped shape and publish a joint case study and Figma resource on Spotify.Design, showcasing how the “Design Productivity Framework” could help teams measure and improve creative output.

the opportunity

APPROACH

I initiated and managed the collaboration between Elsewhen’s marketing team and Spotify Design’s editorial and design operations groups.

I worked with both sides to align tone, structure, and goals — framing the story around impact, not vendor relationship — and guided the editorial development of the Spotify.Design article and supporting Figma resource.

Internally at Elsewhen, I managed stakeholder expectations around client sensitivities, while ensuring the resulting material aligned with our positioning as a strategy-led digital product studio.

The outcome was a co-branded story that worked for both audiences: a valuable community assets for Spotify design/designops, and a proof point for Elsewhen’s ability to deliver meaningful organisational design change.
